Return Policy

IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer standard returns or reverse pickup services. Returns are only accepted in-store at our boutique location.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible within 2–3 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please visit our boutique in person with the original invoice and all tags intact.

We will do our best to accommodate size or style exchanges subject to availability.

In-Store Returns Only

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must visit our store in person. This policy ensures that we can personally inspect the item and provide you with the best possible service.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • 01Exchange requests must be made within 2–3 days of receiving the product
  • 02Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • 03Original packaging and invoice must be presented
  • 04Sale items and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
